On December 12, 2020, the Presbytery of Lake Michigan recommended that no in-person worship be held indoors at its member churches before March 31, 2021. As a member of the Presbytery, the Presbyterian Church of Okemos’ PCO COVID Task Force adopted this recommendation for our congregation on December 27, 2020. Current signage at the PCO office entrance states who is allowed to use the building for church work and the safe practices that are to be followed. Once inside, signage provides further steps necessary to safely work within the building. The Task Force has complied all pertinent documents supporting our guidelines. These are available for review in the church office.

The church is currently working on plans for live streaming of worship as opposed to pre-recorded services. Live streaming would continue after in-person worship resumes for PCO members and friends who are out-of-town either temporarily or permanently.
