Like so many other events, the pandemic changed the way the PCO Youth Group raised money for the Greater Lansing Food Bank. Instead of hosting a soup luncheon after this year’s annual meeting, the Youth Group assembled a collection of their families’ favorite recipes for you to try in your own home.
