What do Hagar, Naomi, David, and Job have in common? They all experienced times of great suffering in their lives and reached out to God for understanding and intervention.

We will consider their unique situations, their response to difficult circumstances, and what their stories may teach us about suffering in our own lives. Short video clips from Vanderbilt Divinity Professor Dr. Amy-Jill Levine will be included.

For those wishing to meet in person, the class will meet Fridays at 10 a.m in Fellowship Hall.
For those wishing to participate via Zoom, the class will meet Sundays at 7 p.m.
