As a certified Earth Care Congregation of the PC(USA), the Presbyterian Church of Okemos is committed to caring for God’s creation. One of the ways we do this as a church community is investing in solar power. The church’s 100-panel solar array was dedicated on Sunday, April 16. A short ceremony was followed by a light reception in fellowship hall. Members of the congregation and surrounding communities were welcomed to celebrate the use of renewable energy in our church building.
